The game thought I was still ON the horse, then Shadowmere ran off chasing some Necromancer, while I was off camera. I was riding Shadowmere and I suddenly transformed. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT track the white stag using a horse. Since we now have Hircine’s Ring equipped, we transform randomly into a werewolf.
